Never heard back from the seller, ever. Asked for confirmation she received the order (mainly wanted to make sure she got the photograph since I had to send it separately through messages, and not through the order directly). She shipped the item and I still had not heard from her and I even opened a help request just to make contact with her and never heard back! The item is perfect and I love it so much, but customer service was completely lacking/absent!
